BIOGRAPHY

Hello my name is Dominic Hawes, I am a young Freelance Illustrator, with many years of experience in both traditional and digital art. I live and work  in the North-east of England.

 I studied  at The Northern School of Art for 5 years, were I trained in Interactive Media for 2 years and then went on to do a Degree in Illustration for Commercial Application.

I am a qualified Digital and Character Concept Artist,  as well as a skilled Inking Artist.  I use Adobe Software to illustrate my Artwork, some of the tools I use are Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Flash.

This passion for drawing has continued into adulthood but as well as Superheroes, I draw anything from Gaming, TV, Movie or Political Figures. 

I also enjoy creating my own characters either in human or monster form, giving each its own background story.
